Florida police picked up NFL Hall of Famer “Neon” Deion Sanders in 1996. Deion was charged with misdemeanor trespassing after he was caught fishing in a private lake owned by the Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers, Florida. Police said that Sanders had ignored all signs and earlier warnings to leave the private property. In response to his arrest, Deion said, “The only defense I have is that I'm sorry, but they were biting. I wasn't out there 10 minutes and they caught me. But I had 10 fish by that time.''
